AIF
makes a variety of insulators that are used for EMI/RFI shielding.
Many types of electronic circuits radiate or are susceptible to
Electromagnetic or Radio Frequency Interference and must be shielded
to ensure proper performance. AIF laminates aluminum
or copper foil to Formex(R) flame retardent polypropylene, polyester,fiber,
etc., for the fabrication of shielding components.
