Single blade slitting is the process of spinning log rolls of material on a mandrel and indexing a single blade to precisely cut to your desired width. Our state-of-the-art lathe slitter enables operators to program blade direction, blade speed, mandrel speed, and blade sharpening cycles. Computer programming ensures that every roll of your product is slit to meet your quality specification.

Our modern Slitter-Rewinder has been configured for high speed slitting of various materials from films, foils, plastics, papers, foams, rubbers, PSAs, and non-wovens.

Flash-Cut It!

Perfect for prototypes, short runs or large parts up to 58 X 118 inches. Our Atom FlashCut CNC knife cutting system fabricates parts without the expense of dies or tools. It offers fast changeovers for samples and pre-production runs, or small quantities.
